GLF Schools

GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

We were all very excited to hear of Year 4's residential adventures from their trips to Hillend in the second half of last week. The children experienced so many outdoor activities in amongst a very beautiful setting. They had an enormous amount of fun (but very little sleep)! https://t.co/3Mw8bP91ev

We are very lucky to have been given an original photo of our founding Head Martha Skyrme stood outside the old Head Teachers house, which is next to our infant site, taken in the 1900's. Our only other image of Martha is a copy. https://t.co/2ZblRbe6M5

An amazing start to our Jubilee celebrations! The fantastic team at RAF Benson organised a Jubilee fly past. The children formed a giant 70 and then waved at the crew as the Mighty Puma flew over (and round!). Thank you RAF Benson! @RAFBenson https://t.co/1enuOoDlOM
