GLF Schools

GLF Schools was founded in 2012 in order to enable the federation of Glyn School (an academy in 2011) and Danetree Junior School. Together, we began our journey to become a MAT of more than 1000 talented staff working with over 10,000 children in 40 schools across 5 regions in southern England.

Head Teacher's Welcome

Welcome to Manor Primary School.

We are a vibrant two-form entry primary school serving the town of Didcot and surrounds.  We were the first Primary school in Didcot, built in 1896 and we are proud of our history and connection to our town.

We pride ourselves on our high expectations for pupils and this is reflected across all areas of our ambitious and rigorous curriculum, which we have designed and tailored for our school community. We are committed to ensuring that Manor Primary School pupils have a range of academic and pastoral opportunities to support their broader development throughout their time at Manor Primary and have recently been awarded a Gold Award for our social, moral, spiritual and cultural (SMSC) provision.

Our school is part of GLF Schools, a multi-Academy trust established in 2012. This enables us to work in partnership with a range of Primary and Secondary schools, supporting over 17,000 pupils. As part of GLF, we are proud to support all pupils to Grow, Learn and Flourish.

At Manor Primary School, we value all of our children and enable them to grow within our community, developing their sense of personal responsibility, resilience and independence. We believe that every child should be cared for and have the opportunity to aspire, achieving beyond the expected.

Our website will provide all of the introductory and statutory information you need, as well as showcasing just some of the things that make our school unique.
